Terms of Service
Welcome to LineItUp. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
LineItUp is a planning tool for groups of friends to coordinate golf rounds, trips, and other activities. We provide tools to discover places, share schedules, plan itineraries, and communicate with your group.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use LineItUp.
- You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your login secure.
- The information you give us must be accurate.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting content (group names, trip itineraries, messages, photos) you grant LineItUp a non-exclusive license to display it inside the app so your group can see it. You're responsible for not posting anything illegal, infringing, or harassing.
Bookings and affiliate links
LineItUp helps you discover places to play, stay, and visit, and provides links to third-party booking sites (such as Booking.com, Viator, tee-time providers, and other partners via Travelpayouts and similar affiliate programs). All bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and customer support for those bookings are handled by the partner under their terms — not ours. LineItUp may earn a commission on bookings made through these links. We are not a travel agent and do not guarantee availability, pricing, or fitness of any third-party service.
Acceptable use
Don't use LineItUp to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, send spam, impersonate others, or interfere with normal operation.
Paid plans
Some features (e.g. business listings, course-partner tiers) require a paid subscription processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion.
Termination
You can stop using LineItUp any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No warranties
LineItUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific course, hotel, or partner will be available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineItUp's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 if you haven't paid anything).
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
